What we do:

We're a Series A, ~50 person company building the operating system for hospital labor and capacity. Hospitals today manually forecast patient volumes and staff reactively—losing efficiency, increasing costs, and compromising patient care. Vitalize automates demand prediction (leveraging ADT data, historical patterns, and acuity scores to forecast patient census) and real-time staffing optimization.

Traction: $10M ARR < 2 years. Across 30+ hospitals
