Jose has exceptional full-stack and infrastructure engineering chops with proven ability to build systems from scratch (0→1), deep experience with high-scale systems (8M users, trillions in transactions), and strong backend fundamentals (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP). However, he lacks direct experience in fintech, banking infrastructure, or payments processing—domain expertise that would elevate this from a strong technical fit to an ideal match for a company processing trillions annually.
