Jose is an exceptional founding engineer with proven 0→1 product-building experience, strong full-stack capabilities (Python, TypeScript, Next.js, FastAPI), and recent hands-on AI/LLM expertise (LangGraph, RAG, fine-tuning). His work at Addie on multi-channel AI systems and at Rubercubic on LLM agents that translate natural language to structured outputs directly translates to building legal AI systems. However, he lacks domain expertise in legal technology and has been based in California rather than NYC, which may present relocation considerations for an on-site-only role.

About one-third of important U.S. law is not accessible via ChatGPT or Claude. Much AI-generated legal analysis is wrong. We are building one of the largest collections of U.S. law in existence and using AI to make it make sense.
