Jose is an exceptional founding engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML, full-stack development, and infrastructure—but this role requires a Senior Mechanical Engineer with expert CAD (SolidWorks), transmissions, actuated structures, and end effectors expertise. His background is software and AI-focused, not mechanical engineering or robotics hardware design. While his founding-engineer mentality and systems thinking are valuable, the core technical requirements are fundamentally different disciplines.

The founders worked undercover within UPS/FedEx operations before starting the company; one of the largest parcel carriers has committed as our customer with requests for hundreds of units. You'd be one of the first ~10 employees, owning transmissions, actuated structures, and end effectors from prototype to production. Expert-level CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
